-Bryan, the vet tech in Portsmouth, works for Dr. Thomas and sees pets as home visits. He runs everything by Dr. Thomas.

-Chief Veterinary Officer on the island, and the only vet who can issue the import/export permit in order to get your animal on or off the island.
*General note- whichever vet you get to do the exit exam, make sure they write the date as month/day/year, not day/month/year. That's caused issues while clearing customs. Also, make sure the vet writes the lot number of the vaccine down on the animal's vaccine card, otherwise customs won't accept it.*
-Dr. Thomas is strictly based out of Roseau. He has a clinic and lab there with 2 other government paid vets. He is the head of the Department of Agriculture for Dominica. He will come to Portsmouth for emergencies or if it is urgent and Dr. Paul will not respond to you. Dr. Thomas is a fantastic vet, but its much more expensive to have him come to your home here.
